I don't know if this rings a bell for anyone else, but back in the early days of file-sharing (LimeWire/Kazaa era), there was this one video file floating around that always gave me the chills. The filename was always exactly:
No thumbnail. No metadata. Just that name.
Black screen. Heavy, muffled breathing. Like someone is holding their hand over the mic to hide the sound.
