secdrv.sys is a legacy Microsoft driver for the SafeDisc copy protection system. It is no longer supported by Microsoft and is known to have security vulnerabilities (CVE-2015-0010) that can allow privilege escalation. Microsoft officially revoked the driver's digital signature in 2015 via security update KB3086255.
