It has a few laughs (Homer trying to pass off a tumbleweed as a “modern art tree”), but it feels like it belongs in a lesser episode. You find yourself impatient to return to Flanders and Frink.

Predictably, chaos ensues. But the twist is that the hypnosis works —sort of.
