She successfully seduces the men of the valley. However, the title promises a seduction of the valley itself —the land, the atmosphere, the silence. The film never quite achieves that metaphorical layer. By the third act, we are back to standard JAV positioning on a futon, forgetting the rustic setting entirely. The primary actor here deserves credit for playing "terrified." He stutters, he looks away, he tries to leave the room three times.
