Mayor Goodway was beside herself with excitement. Her boat was a giant swan made of tissue paper and glitter, named Cheepers II . PAW Patrol

Her pet chicken, Chickaletta, was pecking at the ribbon that held the swan’s head on. With a POP , the head fell off, rolled down the dock, and landed in a bucket of purple paint. the sun is shining

“This pup’s gotta fly!” Skye swooped down with her helicopter. She dangled a net just above the water. With a perfect swoop, she scooped up the soggy, headless swan.
