Nintendo has never ported Rhythm Heaven Fever to PC. You won’t find it on Steam, the Epic Games Store, or GOG. Like the vast majority of Nintendo’s first-party catalogue, it remains exclusive to its original hardware—in this case, the Wii and the Wii U’s Virtual Console (which is now also defunct). So, if you want to play Rhythm Heaven Fever on a PC, you’re going to have to take the unofficial route: emulation.

The short answer is

If you’ve ever tapped your foot to the beat of a choir of floating disembodied heads, punched a giraffe’s lights out to a jazzy trumpet, or tried desperately to keep a badminton birdie in the air as a karate master, you know the unique, joyful madness of Rhythm Heaven Fever .

You cannot officially download Rhythm Heaven Fever on PC. But with five minutes of setup and the Dolphin emulator, you can be tapping, flicking, and fist-pumping to the beat on your laptop by lunchtime. Just remember to support the developers when you can—and maybe write a letter to Nintendo asking for a proper PC port. (Don't hold your breath.)
