Click the "Load Macro" button (or right-click the macro toolbar). Navigate to your downloaded file and open it.

In Sprint Layout, go to View > Toolbars and ensure "Macros" is checked. A new toolbar will appear.

A Macro is a pre-assembled circuit block . It includes not only the copper traces and pads but often the component outlines and silk-screen details.
