Rita finds out about Sunita and Sunny. She confronts Sunita and cruelly says, “He is mine now. You and your bastard child mean nothing.”
When Sunita learns that Vikram is marrying someone else, she is heartbroken but says nothing. Her father dies of shock and shame. Sunita is left completely alone.
